Underground Hand-Held Radio
The Underground Wireless Communication Systems offer the reliability of state-of-the-art FM Radio Communications and MSHA certified intrinsically safe Operation in a small hand-held personal radio. CONSPEC’s Radio Systems utilize existing cables to enhance the distances between hand-held radios and radios Installed on machinery, such as scoops, pick-ups, and personnel carriers.
The lightweight Hand-Held Radio comes complete with Shoulder Antenna, Re-chargeable Battery Pack, microphone, and Holster. These radios can be used to communicate between personnel located underground or to a surface located Base Station.
